Babka Tower is a skyscraper that is located the most to the north. It is situated at Babka roundabout and is named after it. Until recently this area had been very neglected. But during last years, a lot has been changed. North of the building, at the other side of the roundabout, entertainment and shopping centre 'Arkadia' was opened in 2004. A bit further to the east new underground station Dworzec Gdanski was finished in 2003 and in the area of Dzika street there is a luxurious estate called sometimes President estate. Babka Tower definitely dominates this district.

The skyscraper's architecture is rather simple. It has no unnecessary additions, its shape and colour are not sophisticated, the building does not attract too much attention but that is what makes it elegant.

Most of the interior is filled by luxurious flats and apartments. On the lower floors there are also a few offices and shops and on the underground floors - a three-level car park.

The building consists of two parts, of 10-floored segment and 28-floored tower. Babka Tower is second highest residential building in Warsaw, only Lucka City is higher than it.

More information about the building (in many languages, even in Chinese !) and about possibilities of renting an apartment here can be found on the website: http://www.babkatower.com/index.htm.
