An empty plot at the intersection of Grzybowska and Walicow street is one of only a few still undeveloped pieces of land in the centre of Warsaw. So for sure some building will finally appear here. In 2005 companies Dawos and MarInvest sp. z o.o. made a motion for a decision of development conditions (on behalf of an investor which did not want to reveal himself). According to some plans, which was presented then, a 130-metre apartment house would be built here. It would be one of the highest residential buildings in Warsaw. Its initial designs were made by well known architectural workshop JEMS Architekci.
After few months the companies got the decision of development conditions, but later and action against it was brought. So it is not sure, if such high building will finally appear in this place. And if so, if it will look as on first visualisations.
