Impexmetal, incorporated company from metallurgical industry plans to built a complex of buildings on the plot between Lucka and Prosta streets. From the east it with neighbour with former Norblin factory, from the west - with Lucka City skyscraper. Today, office buildings of rather poor standard, with a few floors, which come from socialistic times, are located in this place. Inpexmetal's offices are located in them. The company plan to construct modern buildings here.

The complex will consist of two about 20-metre-high buildings, two about 120-metre-high towers will raise from the western one, they will be situated one after another, perpendicularly to Prosta street. A passage, open for public, connecting Lucka and Prosta streets, will be located between the buildings.

Together, they will have about 60 thousand square metres of area. Offices, as well as apartments, and maybe also a hotel will be located here.

A positive fact about the building is that, if it will be built, it will cover at least to some degree the solid of Lucka City building, which now spoils the area's appearance much.
