In 2005 on south-western corner of Grzybowska and Zelazna intersection the construction of the complex called Centrum Zelazna began. Before Second World War buildings of the brewery Haberbusch and Schiele used to stand here. First, two lower, 7-storyed buildings, which continue the frontage of Zelazna street, were constructed, and also two higher, 15-storyed, situated behind them. And in 2007 the construction of a skyscraper called JM Tower was started.

The investment is carried out by developer JM Property. In the underground a car park for 135 cars will be located. Higher, up to 15th floor, there will be offices to rent, and on top floors - hotel rooms. Apart from that, also some shops are planned to by organised in the building. Altogether, the building will have 27 thousand metres of area (from which 14 thousand will be offices).

The building will be a simple, straight solid, just like other surrounding skyscrapers: Hilton, PKO or yet not finished Platinum Towers.

The skyscraper is being constructed for more than a year by now, today (October 2009) last floors are under construction. The building rises slowly, but systematically - in contrast to for example Zlota 44 by Orco, which was previously growing up faster.
