Lately there are more and more concepts concerning construction of new skyscrapers in Warsaw. Also Mennica Polska s.a. (Polish Mint) presented recently its plan of a skyscraper. It would hold offices for rent. The building would stand it the place of today's mint's headquarter, at the corner of Pereca and Zelazna streets. The company has already made a motion to make a decision of the development conditions. And Israeli architectural workshop Moshe Tzur Architects International presented first designs of the building. But the board of directors of the mint emphasizes that these are only initial plans and it is very unlikely that the building was constructed in this form. Actually, it is not sure if the skyscraper would be built anyway. The city's authorities may not agree for such high building in this place.

The estimated cost of the investment would be about 1 billion zlotys. The building could hold approximately 69 thousand square metres of office space.
