Warsaw district of Wola is getting built-up by skyscrapers thicker and thicker. In the area of Grzybowska and Zelazna streets' intersection probably a new tower will rise up soon. A developer Pirelli Pekao Real Estate will be its investor. The company has already got from the city hall the decision of development conditions.
As we can see from first visualisations, the building will have an elegant, round form. Next to the 90-metre-high tower a lower, about 30-metre-high building will be situated. Nearly 400 flats will be located in the complex. Apart from them, also shops and offices will fit here.
