Just next to the recently built Hilton Hotel, at Grzybowska street, two more skyscrapers are being constructed. Later also the fourth skyscraper will be built, it will be of office use. London developer Atlas Estates is the investor of the whole complex.

The two towers, called Platinum Towers are situated in the back of the plot, closer to Lucka street. The are simple solids with details made of sandstone. Luxurious apartments will be located in them, about 200 in each. They will be of different size - from 1-roomed, with area of 36 square metres up to enormous, with area more than 200 square metres, located on last floors. Most of them have already been sold.

The fourth skyscraper of the complex will be an office building, located closest to Zelazna street, it is not known yet when its construction will start. The investor tries to get an agreement for the height of that building of 167 metres (42 floors).

An extra advantage of the complex will be a glassed passage, located between four skyscrapers, with entrances to each of them. Around the passage a different shops will be situated.

Underneath, some visualisations of the buildings, from the investor's website: www.platinumtowers.pl - more detailed data about the complex can be found there.
