Propably in few years time Daszynskiego Roundabout will be surrounded with skyscrapers from three sides. In the south-western corner Kaleidoscope skyscraper is planned to be constructed by Pro Urba company, in the north-eastern one Warsaw Spire by Ghelamco. And in the south-eastern corner also Ghelamco plans to built another high building. It will be a kind of continuation of Prosta Offce Center complex. Its first, 10-floors-high building has already been finished and among other things editors of Rzeczpospolita newspaper have their head office here.
The new skyscraper will be very high, about 180 metres, it will have a nice solid, which can be associated with a surfboard. It seems that it will go well with the planned 'Kaleidoscope' on the other side of the roundabout. The two buildings will create a kind of enormous gate.
As its name says, offices will be located in the building, but not only. On one of last floors there will be a restaurant with a view over the city.
